My charge 2 display continuously toggles between notification on/off as if the push button is stuck down. (But bit isnt.) Tried the hard reset, to no avail. Has anoyone else seen this?

@amiller85 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 is in this notification loop and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try cleaning the button area with compressed air at a distance, clean the area with cotton and rubbing alcohol before. After this try the restart again.

Let me know how it goes!

Yes, my notifications are always displayed as red on my phone, but when I go there no messages or notifications have come in since last June. Why is it telling me I have notifications and why am I no longer getting those "you just have 200 steps left for today" messages?

Hi

My charge 2 started doing the same thing yesterday. I did the reset twice now I only have the battery icon displaying. Pressing  the button does nothing and it goes from a full charge to empty in about 30 mins
