I have several white/grey lines running vertically down the screen and three black lines across the screen. This is the 3rd device I have had in less than a couple of years and all with the same issue. This is getting beyond a joke.

Sorry to hear about your Charge 3 screen not working. Try restarting it by following these instructions and see how it behaves.
