Counting steps when I'm not moving

I received this Charge 2 yesterday and set it up. At the end of the day it said I had 48000+ steps, when it should have been closer to 7000. While I slept, I somehow managed to get 14000+ steps. I have already reset it.

Awesome troubleshooting

Feel free to check on the Fitbit Settings Page for your tracker if sleep mode is set to sensitive, if set to sensitive, change to normal.

By the 'wrist' setting, feel to change from non dominant to dominant or the other way even when wearing on the same wrist. This setting can increase or decrease the sensitivity and making the steps more accurate.

When sync'ing the new setting will be used.
