I have a Fitbit charge 2, somehow, cause completely unknown I have a cracked screen. How do I get it replaced?

Hi, @Skelly13! Unfortunately, there is no way to repair the screens on the Fitbit. You could try checking out 3rd party repairs, I don't know if there are any out there, but that's about it. I'm pretty sure that cracked screens are not covered under the warranty, but you could try getting in touch with Fitbit Support if you're still under warranty. It's worth a shot.

Hi, I have had two charge 2’s do this and if you search the community boards you will see many others with the same issue - search screen cracked in heat! A known fault by Fitbit but not taking full responsibility for the poor quality design.
