Cracked screen on charge2

I emailed Fitbit to say my charge 2 screen had cracked. I bought the Fitbit in December 2017. Fitbit asked for a photo which I sent and they have replaced my Fitbit FOC. What a great company to deal with, in this day and age it makes a very pleasant surprise. Well done Fitbit, I will make sure I let everyone know if they are looking for a Fitness Tracker then the only way to go is Fitbit.

Are you from England?   It is the only place a Fitbit has a two year warranty.
