Morning, I woke this morning to find my fitbit has a single crack in the screen straight down the middle. I am broken-hearted as i cant afford a new fitbit. Is it possible to have it repaired. It is less than a year old has not been dropped or had a bang, and was fine when i went to bed. Any help would be great

Hi the same thing happened to mine. Unfortunately I am just out of the 1 year warranty. Was hoping someone knows where to get a replacement screen.

Does anyone know how to claim on the 1 year warranty, from what i can see it seems to be a common problem, which is a shame
