I have noticed a crack in the screen of my charge 2. I see that this is a problem with these models. What is Fitbit willing to do about it?

I've had this issue and recently had a replacement device (no strap) Fitbit were brilliant, all sorted in under 1 week! Send them an email and ask for advice.

unfortunately not much....mine was out of warranty. I got a discount for a new one. But as it is a common problem I don't want to invest in a new one.
