If I know my BMR more accurately through metabolic testing, is there a way to customize it?

There's no direct way to set your BMR. The best you can do is to tweak your profile settings for age, height, weight until it comes up with the numbers you want.

does customizing height (had to go from 165cm to 100cm to match my true BMR lol) affect calorie burn rate while exercising or other functions ? thank you. ![]()

I believe it will be affected in the same way as BMR calories but I have not seen documentation from fitbit that confirms this.
