Ok so my Fitbit keeps setting itself back to dim it is incredibly annoying and the sleep mode is untouched as I have read having this enabled causes this, also the firmware is all up to date anyone else have this problem it will be ok for a while then set itself to dim.
Also the original straps are rubbish they always break can you not put better straps on them?
I have the same problem which started about 4 weeks ago. I cannot see the screen when outside, I have checked the brightness settings I only have auto or normal and they make no difference. In this condition the Fitbit is completely useless. after over 10 years this will be my last Fitbit they are nothing but trouble and not worth the money.
