My fitbit dashboard is not picking up my steps, I can see them on my tracker e.g. today 4/11 hours 250 steps complete but dashboard only shows 2/4 hours complete? I've done all resets/location/etc gps on gps off, any idea's?

Is it just the 250 per hour? This has been a problem for some time. I do not know when it will be fixed

In the last few months I have noticed that my Versa is not always syncing my hourly steps to my Fitbit app. Occasionally (about once a week) my Versa shows that I have completed the 9 hours of 250 steps but only syncs 8 hours of 250 steps. I can see that Fitbit must be aware of this problem as it's been around for at least 3 years. I hope Fitbit sort this soon or I may consider another make.
