Hi I've scratched my screen and as doesn't look good have not bothered wearing it..  I've searched internet to try and polish it out but its not worked.  Someone said that I could buy a replacement screen?  does anyone know if I can and how?

Thanks 🙂

Try eBay for a replacement band

Put some transparent scotch tape over the display.

Thanks for sharing your tips @ACG! Welcome to the Community @JofusHealey! I really appreciate you for sharing your feedback about Fitbit Charge HR.

For the design of the Fitbit Charge HR is not possible to replace or change the display. To further assist you, I've created a Support Case on your behalf - you should receive an email from Customer Support at the email you used to register with the Community forums.

Keep me posted if you have any other question. 🙂

Actually, it’s a real criticism of Fitbit that not only is this weakness with the cracked face appear widespread but there is no means to replace it.  That strikes me as a serious design fault.

as for ‘resolving’ the issue, I’m not prepared to spend more - even with some discount - on a faulty product despite other redeeming features.  Poorshow
