I know this issue has been addressed as far as swiping to the left to get to a screen to brighten Fitbit charge 3. My issue is that my screen is so dark that when you swipe to left you only get another dark screen that you can't see to lighten it up. Any suggestions???

I have the same problem. It vibrates when I push the button but nothing happens. My screen is just blank/black. I’ve tried to do a reset but nothing happens, it won’t reset, it just stays “dead”.

I've got the same problem. Screen is just black! Tried to reset but still no screen. Buzzes when I touch the screen but can't see what I'm doing. Still syncing with the app though.
Let me know if you manage to get the screen working.
