It doesn’t matter what I do all of a sudden it’s not paired. My dashboard has changed no steps no bpm etc cannot add them as not in list when I edit. I have reset deleted app started again - what else can I do? 2!yesrs of no problems now this😫

Any ideas how to fix it? May have to go buy Apple Watch or gamin

@Lewissally @Sizzlez79 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your data isn't showing on your account. It sounds as if your tracker was removed from your account. Start by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. After this setup your tracker again.
