I am unable to find my dashboard on my Charge 2. I have tried on numerous occasions to download the update but it kept failing. Then my fitbit stopped syncing to my phone.

I have reset and repaired but I cant find the icon to see my dashboard. This new set up is completely useless to me, I dont know how to ready the app, so just use the fitbit itself.  But I cant make any changes to the notifications are anything as I cant use the app

Let's see if we can first clarify some things first:

You say you can't find your dashboard on your Charge 2.  Do you really mean on your Charge 2, or do you mean on your phone?

You say you can't see the icon to see your dashboard?  I assume you mean on your phone, right?  That sounds like you just need to download the Fitbit app again.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi
Yes I mean on my phone. I will installing it again. This all started with it wanting to download the update. When it wouldn't work I unpaired the phone and fitbit. It's taken since mid October to get it to pair. But now I cant see how to sync it.

Phone app and all its updates are free, and available to anyone, whether or not you own a fitbit.

Who needs software that doesn't work or is full of bugs?
