Data feed to Runkeeper stopped

I activated the data feed from Fitbit to Runkeeper years ago but never really cared until last week.

I am in a biking training program.  I want the fitbit biking data to flow to Runkeeper because I like the way Runkeeper summarizes my biking miles and pace weekly and monthly.  The data for my first five or six rides was fed to Runkeeper without problem and I was very pleased.

Today I did a ride and the feed didn't happen.  Fitbit has the ride data but it didn't send it to Runkeeper.  I allowed plenty of time as the ride was seven hours ago.

What could be wrong?  Is there something I can check to make sure it is set up right?  Can I still get Fitbit to send today's data and "catch up"?  I want to rely on this for my training program but the feed has to happen.

Thanks for your help.

@BillInAustin Welcome! It's great to see you around!

I will gladly assist you with this. Try revoking the RunKeeper app's permission from your account then re-link them as you initially did.

Let me know how it goes.

OK. Thanks. Since I don’t know why it didn’t work yesterday I am going to take another ride and hope that it miraculously works. I hate to re-do complicated stuff and for now am hoping it fixes itself!
