Data spontaneously clears from Fitbit

Following a rather strenuous hike and putting in over 10,000 steps (notes this on the Fitbit after 90 minutes of activity), data spontaneously cleared from FitBit before it could sync with my phone.  It was rather disappointing. It’s not the first time it’s done this, but this is the first time it really bothered me because of the effort I put in.

My husband just had this happen also when he went to manually put in his bike ride this morning.  Very upsetting.
