Hi @Steve0456 and welcome to the forums. Which phone are you trying to sync to?  Is it on the list of supported devices?  Here are a couple things to try.

  • Make sure your phone has been updated to the latest OS or iOS.
  • Make sure your Fitbit app is also updated.
  • Turn your phone off then go into a room with no other Bluetooth devices (speakers, Alexa devices, etc.) Turn the phone back on and try again to sync.

Sometimes that is all it takes. Hopefully, it will work for you. If not, here are a couple helpful links.

Please let us know how it goes.

Yes, it's Samsung Galaxy S7 so compatible.
I've tried what you said, the fitbit fully charged, it's counting steps but
still can't sync it to change date and time.
Only just downloaded fitbit app so must be up to date
I'm confused
