Hello Fitbit Community,
My third Charge 3 has gone defective. This is a culmination of all of the issues I have had with the Charge 3 plus a new one. This is my third Charge 3 in under a year.
The screen is missing a horizontal line of pixels across the top, the workout selection function is glitching and locking up, and now the screen is black outside but buzzes and very dim indoors. I received this Fitbit in April of this year.
I have tried the reset function via settings, the long restart on the charger and the short reset of the charger several times, but nothing fixes it.
Has anyone else had this many issues?
