A couple of weeks ago, I noticed a line of dead pixels across the display of my Charge 2. Since then, more and more lines of dead pixels have cropped up, in addition to the Charge 2 no longer holding a charge for more than about a day and a half. I've implemented some of the strategies to increase battery life already, so we'll see how that goes, but nothing has been able to fix the dead pixels. I'm worried eventually the entire display will go black. Anyone had any luck restoring their display?

Have you tried a Restart? Do it several times if necessary.

I have tried restarting it a couple times (plus a couple complete battery drains due to the battery issue mentioned previously) and I'm still seeing lines of dead pixels.

My Fitbit has done the same in the last week, I’ve tried the multiple restarts but they are getting worse with more lines going

My charge2 is doing the same it's had horizontal lines across the top for about a month now I have wider vertical lines. In sunlight you can't see anything on the screen despite it being set at normal !! I have tried battery drains, several restarts using watch and several restarts using the charging cradle,but nothing has worked 😟🤔

I ended up needing to contact Customer Support and get my Charge 2 replaced. Best of luck with your Charge 2!
