Delay Issues With Charge 4 Shipping

On Monday, 8/22 I purchased a new wrist band and a charger for my Fitbit.  I paid for the expedited 2 say shipping.  On 8/23 I received notification it has "shipped".  But it says there yesterday and today waiting to be picked up.  I received notification this evening that USPS picked it up and estimated delivery is Saturday.  How is this expedited 2 business days?  

 

Should Fitbit be offering faster shipping when in reality it is not because they have to relay on the shipper.  Who in my case took them a day to pick up my order.  And apparently 2 business day delivery means I will get on Saturday.  All this from something I ordered on Monday.

 

I am disappointed.  I understand there are labor issues every where.  But don't promise a service where expectations cannot be met.
