Device died during the day.

During my work day the device went black and would not respond. When I took it home to charge it said it was at 91%. After a half hour of charging, it started working again. I lost a lot of steps on my work day because of this.

I had the same issue, seemed to recover but 24hrs later it isn’t holding a charge. How old is your device!

It's new, I got it as a gift this Christmas.

The default suggestion from the support folks is to reset your Charge 4 device. Connect it to the charger and hold the side button until it buzzes and restarts. You should see a smiley face after that. If it continues, take it in ASAP for a replacement.
