Since updating app, have not been able to sync device with app. It cannot find device. Have reinstalled, turned Bluetooth off on. How can I solve this?

Same here. I only got my Charge 2 in June, wish I hadn't bothered, it's more trouble than it's worth. It's now point blank refusing to sync. The 'copy/pasted' advice that the mods gives out is pointless. Blah de blah 'delete all your Bluetooth devices'. Like I want to have to re‐pair my car audio system and wireless headphones every time Fitbit has a problem. Seriously looking at alternatives now. I've never managed to get notifications working and apparently Samsung handsets aren't popular enough to earn 'officially supported status'!
