Can anyone help please. My Fitbit charge 2 has suddenly stopped counting calories and logging activity, it says I have used just 67 calories all day and have had no active minutes, I have tried restarting it but no joy. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Hello @B-Nanny thanks for bringing this to my attention, welcome to the Community Forums. It's a pleasure for me to assist you with your Charge 2 concern.

Seems odd that your Fitbit isn't counting calories and logging your activities, thanks for restarting your device prior to posting. Let me share with you that the calories burned on your account are inaccurate because some of your activities are not being logged, same for active minutes. For more information about how calories are tracked please check: How does Fitbit estimate how many calories I've burned?.

Regarding the situation with your activities and the active minutes, can you please let me know which activities were not logged in your account? Also, you use our SmartTrack feature to track your exercise or initiate the activity directly from the exercise shortcuts. More information related to this situation will be appreciated, please let me know which Android device you're currently using too.

Looking forward to your reply. Let me know if you have any additional questions. By the way, I've moved your post to the Charge 2 board.

Hello,
My Fitbit has now started working normally again. I had not worn it for two weeks but am sure this wasn't causing the issue as when I was in hospital for 2 weeks at Christmas I didn't wear it and it was fine when I put it back on. I appreciate your reply, thank you.
