Fitbit nicely replaced my old Fitbit which was getting heated up with the charge 2. That was good customer service. The charge 2, however does not vibrate strong enough to wake you up. In addition, they have locked all the threads on the vibration. Since they came out in 2016, this would not be an issue except they are still using this to replace defective models. This is not a good business decision and is terrible customer service!

Thank you for your inquiry. Currently this isn't possible but you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exist so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
