Device not tracking sleep and inaccurate step recording

Despite resetting three times on several occasions, charge 2 not recording sleep properly.

Often fails to record sleep before midnight.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this accuracy concern and how many times since then? Does your Charge 2 counts extra or less steps? Does the accuracy concern is only affecting steps or floors/distance/heart rate too? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: How accurate are Fitbit devices?

In regards the sleep that's not being tracked, can you please let me know if your device is not tracking Sleep Stages or sleep information at all? I'll be waiting for your answer so we can move forward.

It is not recording sleep, not just sleep stages.

Hi.  As of last week my fitbit charge 2 no longer records my heartbeats per minutes nor does it record my sleep properly either. I am not sure where to put the post.
