Why are my exercise minutes higher than my activity minutes?

Thank you for your inquiry about exercise minutes and active minutes. The exercise minutes are based on the duration of the activities you have done but the active minutes are calculated based on the intensity of your daily activities. You can read more about how active minutes are calculated here.
