Why is the screen so dim on my Fitbit Charge 3 and the brightness level is on Normal which is the brightest option? What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Hello @tj24. Welcome to the community forums.
Thank you for the information. Please make sure that Sleep mode isn't activated on your Charge 3, when this setting is enabled, the screen's brightness is set to dim.
If that is not the case, I suggest you to perform a restart to your Charge 3, by doing the steps from this link: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
