I took it off the charger a while ago for its first charge since I've had it and when I got to work I looked at it and it has a fuzzy streak down the side of the screen. And the display is upside down and backwards. Any suggestions on what I should do to fix it?

@MemeT Try restarting your tracker. Put the tracker back in the charging cable which is plugged in. Press and hold the button until it restarts. If that doesn't work, you should contact Support You might have a defective device.

My screen just started doing the same thing, I tried putting it on the charger and rebooting it multiple times, but that doesn't work. screen is flipped, display is right to left and off to the side. it's still synced to my app. any help out there?
