I have had my Charge HR for 1 year now and a few weeks ago the display starting showing up with dead pixels and the HR is not working anymore. The green light at the back of device that usually goes on/off to detect heart rate is now 24/7 on all the time, which disrupts battery life quite a bit. Tried restarting it a few times from the tips i found on the forum but no to avail.
Anyone encounter similar problems?

The Charge HR has been out of production for well over 2 years now. Did you buy it used?
If a restart does not work I am afraid there is nothing more that you can do.
