The display on my Charge 3 just died and won't come back on.  I've only had it for a few months! Any fixes for this??

Mine has done the same thing. I know it's still tracking because I can see my steps on my phone and the alarms still go off, but the display quit today out of the blue.

Me too. Had it barely a year. Customer service won't replace it. So disappointed. The screen just completely died one day and stopped responding to anything. It came back on the next morning but the display was all messed up. After a sync it went black and never returned.

same thing happened to me. Wouldn’t replace it. Had it less than a year. was on email with customer support then a call for about 25 minutes and nothing. they blamed mine on a previous claim I opened to try and see if they replace the glass screen since it was scratched from a fall I had months prior. after that fall, Fitbit was working just fine. 2 months later, the screen had lines all over and then a month later, screen blacked out completely. horrible product. Horrible experience with customer support

Mine too! Only had it since July. Data syncs to phone but I just have a black screen ( and it will continuously buzz on my wrist as well)
