I am affraid my FitBit passed away. The display is black and stays black. I don’t know what to do... May be it is infected by the Corona virus.. Please let me know if I should organize a funeral or could I be surprised by a rebirth? What to do? Please help.

Hi @Welbergen, welcome to the community.
Have you tried restarting your Charge 3 (using the charger method) by following the instructions here?
If that doesn't bring it back to life, then I'm afraid your only option is to contact customer support (here).

The display does not show anything. Although the data from the Fitbit Charge 3 still can be synchronized with the mobile phone. Why is not it possible to see anything on the display from the Fitbit? What can I do?

Tried restarting but didn't help...the screen is still blank. Yes, I have contacted customer support and awaiting their response.
