Mine Fitbit cracked in the beginning of june so I wanted to see if they could do anything about it and they told me the only thing they can do for me is to take 25% off making the watch still over $100 ($112). Which is fine and I understand however now the display is not working and there are many forums about it so I called fitbit and they told me it's because I need to charge it. Their solution to my problem was trying to explain to me how to properly charge it. Very disappointing and it is safe to say I'm NEVER buying another one.... they can keep the 25%.
