Hi I've tried all of the restarts but my charge 2 screen is still black and nothing shows. You can feel it vibrate and the green lights are on the back. Can you please help?

I'm experiencing the same thing, can you help me too? I'll be lost without my Fitbit, I've had one since they first came about... I appreciate your time.
