OK brief backstory. My Charge 2 is now used by my son. He does not have it linked to any account because he is a minor and it will only allow me to link a Fitbit Ace to child's account. So this Charge 2 does not show on my app.
So last night he is wearing it and goes to check the time and realizes the display is blank. We tried charging it but that didn't help, the battery charging icon didn't come up either. If I hold the side button in it does vibrate but it is similar to the vibrate when it says notifications on/off but again no display. I tried restarting but nothing ever shows on the display. No startup screen, no battery ect. I know it is plugged into the charger correctly though because it does give the short vibration when it clicks in. Please help!
