Display not working on Charge 2

The display on my Charge 2 stopped working. I get nothing. It still syncs to my phone, but no display and no notifications. I have restarted multiple times, but no change. Anyone else experience this?

How are they still selling the Fitbit charge 2 when the display is going on on the screen for so many people? Will never buy a Fitbit again.

I have had the problem on an out of warranty fitbit occur about 3 months ago and not reported  it.  I have had a lot of problems with fitbits in the past.  Been very careful with this one.  Can't afford how much it costs to keep replacing.  A year warranty is no enough for something th at c osts this much.

my display is not bright and I cannot read the numbers . I tried your suggestion of plugging it into the charger and resetting it three times.  Did not work.

Anything else.  I cannot use it this way. Very frustrating.

I agree...I upgraded to an ionic not long ago but having problems with
receiving phone messages...trying to troubleshoot...very frustrated. Will
likely go to a different brand next time if this issue cannot be resolved.
Greater than 1 year warranty IS necessary.

My 2 year old charge 2 display just stopped working.  I tried restarting 3 times as suggested AND changed the clock face, but nothing...still no display, though it still syncs with my phone app

I just tried restarting mine and still nothing is showing.  It's fully charged, some stuff is synching to my phone/ dashboard, but its not tracking floors or sleep and the display isn't working at all 😞

Battery charge is not displayed on my fitbit charge 2

Mine just disappeared today.  I can feel it buzz when I hold the button for 10-12 seconds but no display at all.  Is Fitbit fixing these things or taking them back as partial credit towards a new one.  It was working great until today it is still capturing and sending data to the phone though.

I’m having the same problem. I don’t think mines more than a year and a half old either.

My Charge 2 HR was working until the strap broke again.  Fitbit replaced the strap and I fully charged the watch but now have no display.  I have tried restarting it and also using the charging cable method but still can’t get the display despite the green flashing lights on the back working properly.

Mine is still functioning but the display is dead.  I am out of the warranty period so I don't expect Fitbit will do anything for me.  I would appreciate a discount on a new one at the very least I don't see it happening though.

Mine crapped out this morning also tried resetting multiple times tried changing clock and every other suggested item in this thread .....nothing at all. As everyone else is saying green light flashing , syncing with phone battery full but no display I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed in fitbit this is a well documented problem and no fix or replacement on defective workmanship so basically I rented a watch for 2yrs @100.00 per year and as far as getting 25% off another watch taxes are 15% here so yeah goodbye fitbit for life and that's too bad because until this happened and I read this post I was satisfied but obviously they dont care one bit about customer past warranty even tho they are the one selling a defective product.

Oh yeah to add to my previous comment that rental price isn't Including the watch bands and extra charging cables . And theres 3 posts just today about this problem alone ... that's not including how many people woke up today with a paperweight watch that havent went on here and replied to this . Stand behind your defective workmanship or design and fix these or replace .
