Got up this morning and my Charge 2's display was black. It vibrates when I touch the switch on the side and has been counting steps all day, but I cannot see any information actually on the device. Any ideas? Thanks

Hi, @Bgwill! Two things you can try: restart your tracker a few times in a row and also change your clock face to a different one.

Had the same issue this weekend. Reached out to support and was told product was out of warranty so I was out of luck...Phone charged screen is black. A defect they won’t support

Thanks. How do I re-start the tracker? I've tried holding down on the switch on the side, but it just buzzes and I can't tell what's happening with no display. I vaguely remember another fitbit tracker had to be charging to re-start but I can't even tell if it's lined up properly and charging... Further advice would be appreciated.
