Display on Charge 3 stopped working

I have just had to return my Charge 3 after only buying it on 3/11/18. 

Display stopped working for no apparent reason. Store Tech said he had never seen it happen before. So replaced it. So not impressed.

Reach out to customer service. Odds are it will not reset and they will
send you a new one.

Plug it in. Connect it and hold button for count of 8. If that doesn't
work. Bring it back. I have just replaced mine for the 3rd time. Even
tech guy couldn't fix it. Sorry I ever changed from the Charge 2. Fitbit
Don't want to know.

I took my Charge 3 off about a month ago. Don’t miss it at all. I’ve tracked all that stuff for so long. Don’t need a fitness tracker to tell me how many steps I took, how I slept or anything else. It’s just another gadget that we’re made to feel like we must have to be anything. So done :white_heavy_check_mark:

Tried it a couple of times, but still not working.  It was working and tracked my run this morning; it logged everything. Took it off to shower and nothing. No screen, won't vibrate, nothing.  The back of the fitbit is showing a red and green light so something's in there, but not doing anything else.  Of note, last week an update came out and I installed it.  Not sure if that has anything to do with it.  Device was bought Dec 31, 2018.  Any other suggestions?

Go to phone app and change clock face. You can always change it back to what you want. Has always worked for me.

I brought mine back and they gave me a new one, no problem. It's my 4th One
with the same problem so I'm hoping I'll have more luck with this one!
Maybe you should do the same...there's a 12 month guarantee with it!

Like I said in a previous post, I took mine off. Done with Fitbit and trackers in general. So freeing.

The screen on my Charge 3 went black. It is fully charged and seems to be tracking steps, stairs, sleep etc.

While hiking out west, my Charge 3 kept losing charge in less than 24 hours. Now it will not even turn on. I am massively disappointed as this is a real life fitness phase and I wanted to see how I handled the hiking. I just bought this in February.
