on my previous fitbit charge I could see steps and miles displayed on the screen. Now I only see steps. Is there a way to see distance (miles)?
@AFFLTMEDIC, which screen are you looking at? Are you cycling through the screens by tapping? You can also set up which values you see by going into your app, opening up the device menu, and adjusting there.

@AFFLTMEDIC Welcome to our Community! Additional to what @Rich_Laue @MakMak said your new Charge 2 has new Clock Displays since it has a bigger screen that you can choose from. These new screens have different information shown on them so you can choose the one it better suits you. Additional to this you can check the settings to make sure it is in the correct unit (feet, inches or centimeter). Also you can press the button to light up the screen and tap at the base of the screen to scroll through the different screen/options. You can check the Charge 2 manual to have more information on how your new device works.

Best AnswerI want the default screen on my new Charge 2 to show miles, not steps. Can I change that and, if so, how?

@anrtist I hope you're doing well! You can try what I did. I use the Double Stat clock face and on customize Display Place Distance first then sync. Now you will see your Distance and HR along the time on the clock face.
Let me know how it goes!

@anrtist to add to @AlvaroFitbit's post. In the app or web go to the Charge 2 Settings - Customize Settings. It is here you choise tge order or disable the ones you dont want.
Thank you for your reply didnt realise tapping the screen shows floors calories miles yay!!!
@Rich_Laue wrote:@Kaylo7, did you look at the menu to costomize your stats?
What do you see when you tap the screen to scroll throgh the sta5s.
Best AnswerIf you go into your app on your phone (I have an iphone), click on account, then click on Charge 2. In the menu, click Customize Display. There you can select what you want to display by checking or unchecking. On the right side, you'll see three short lines next to each function. You can put your finger on that, and drag the items into the order you want them to display. So if you want distance, just drag it up to the top. When your charge updates/syncs again, the display will show the distance as the first one, and you can tap through the rest in the order you indicated on your app. Hope this helps.
