Display screen on Charge 2 not working

After charging my Charge 2, the display screen shows full battery but will not go off. It is frozen on full battery image.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 display isn't working and for the delay in my response. Did you try the restart @WendyB suggested? Did it resolve the issue or is the screen still not working? If the issue persist please let me know so I can open a ticket with Support.
