I have a Fitbit charge 2 and it randomly shuts down. Even if u press the power button doesn't switch in unless u connect it to the charger.
I have seen ALOT of people complaining about this. I have already done the below
1. updated firmware
2. fully charge battery
3. restarted multiple times
4. reset the device
5. I even ordered a replacement battery and fixed it on the Fitbit but still the Fitbit randomly shuts down
For Fitbit support guys. please don't come up with cheap excuses that
1. by replacing the battery I loose warranty.... I don't care !
2. Ur product Fitbit Charge 2 is total crap. many have complained but we dont see plausable solutions apart from the same old cheap response of restarting the Fitbit
3. we spent alot of money on the product and it's crap
