Please can somebody help. My screen is totally blank. I have done all the reset steps suggested and I am now unable to sync back to my phone. The screen is so dim I can’t read the 4 digit code. Is there anyway to get it emailed instead, at least then I would still be able to see my step count and sleep score in the app? Thanks

Just to confirm and avoid misunderstandings:
What display is totally blank, from the tracker or the Fitbit app?
Are the green LEDS blinking?
When was your last sync according to the app?

Hi Juan, thank you for replying.
It’s the face on the actual Fitbit that is dark. It’s on and vibrates it’s just so dim that I’m unable to see the code via Bluetooth to reconnect to the app on my phone. I foolishly disconnected from my phone whilst trying to reset the Fitbit hoping it would make it bright enough to see.
The green lights are blinking and I can sync by choosing mobile track however that doesn’t log my sleep score etc with not being connected 🤦🏼:female_sign:
