Do not disturb disabled

I wanted to change my hourly activity settings but they wouldn’t budge. Looked on forum for advice and found a suggestion that I turn off ‘do not disturb’.  I looked all through the app - no luck - then on my charger 4 and found a do not disturb option showing it is on but it is greyed out and I can’t access it.  What am I missing?

If 'do not disturb' is greyed out, that probably means you accidentally have 'sleep mode' (half moon) turned on from 'quick settings', though I'm not sure that affects hourly activity settings, but one thing at a time.

Thanks. That’s exactly what happened. Didn’t solve the reminders issue though. I can change the times on my dashboard when I log into the site but cannot change the start and end time on the app. Very odd.

Since you changed the times on your dashboard, did they carry through so new values show on phone app and presumably will be taking effect tomorrow?  I have no idea why couldn't change them directly on app, but if seems to be working through dashboard, willing to live with that.
