I just got my Charge 3 yesterday & having difficulty figuring a few things out. Can anyone shed any light on the following please?
The product description from the website I bought it from said it has an SpO2 sensor, and this was a big selling point because I'm trying to understand why I wake up exhausted, but I can't find any mention of this in the app, and info on which fitbits have the sensor seems contradictory.
The breathing rate and HRV are both saying 'no data' despite having kept it on all night.
The sleep chart seems to have identified the periods of awake or restless, according to the coloured lines, but the time for both of those shows up as zero.
Am I doing something wrong? TIA
