I got a problem with my charge 3. There aren’t any apps installed in my charge 3. It is always trying to install those apps when I open Fitbit -app with my iPhone 7 but it just says that it cannot be completed and starts trying again. I got my Fitbit couple months ago and first thought it would fix when new updates come, but I’m still having the same issue. I have tried to restart my phone, charge 3, bluetooth and re-install the Fitbit-app.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @talomoi! Thanks for already troubleshooting this inconvenience, nice way to go!
While reading your post I was wondering which apps are you referring to? Apps cannot being installed on Charge 3 as you can do on Ionic or Versa. Can you please provided me with more details so I could assist you in a better way?
In case you're referring to the firmware update, please see: Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
Looking forward to your reply!

Thanks for the clarification @talomoi! Besides of what you've tried, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and remove the tracker. In the list of Bluetooth devices you'll see the Charge 3 and next to it, this symbol "!". Hit the symbol and it will take you to the next step, once you're there select the option that says "Forget this device".
Once you've made sure about that, go back to the Fitbit app, go to the "Account" option in the upper right corner and select "Set up a Device". This should start the setup process for your device.
If after following these steps you're still missing those tiles on your Fitbit Today, please send me picture showing only what you get so I can go from there.
Hope to hear good news!

I'm so sorry @MarreFitbit, I didn't realize until now that the pictures in my last message didn't upload. So here is the message how it was supposed to be.

Unfortunately that didn’t help.
I get a notification which says that “ Some applications did not finish installing. Do you want to continue installing them now?”
And then if press continue it starts trying to install them again.
And this is how it shows in my Fitbit device. First it tries to install and then it says that couldn’t finish it. And that keeps going on again and again until the battery is dead.

So I don't know how I can fix this. And it's really annoying because it starts to do it every time when I open the Fitbit app with my phone.

Thanks for getting back @talomoi! The images didn't go through, can you please try sending them again?See this post for instructions on how to add your image to your post.
When you get the "some applications did not finish installing. Do you want to continue installing them now?" message, please make sure your Charge 3 is connected to WiFi before updating the apps, this will prevent the updates from stalling or crashing. Check this article about how to connect your Charge 3 to WiFi.
Looking forward to your reply!

Hi,
One problem could be that my Charge 3 is not connected to WiFi. But I don't know how to do that because I can't find the Wi-Fi Settings in my Fitbit app. It is not in the same place as mentioned in that article about how to connect Fitbit device to Wi-Fi.
I'm also wondering the fact that in all the tutorial videos I have watched and also in the Fitbit Charge 3 manual, it says that the apps are already installed in the device. They just say that wipe left from the clock screen and you can find them. Have I done something wrong when I set up my Charge 3 for the first time?
