Hello all,
I am trying to solve my issue about double payment with no scores. Here's the summary of my problem:
I have an annual subscription that ends by June 2023, already paid. Then I also paid eight months for monthly subscription by mistake.
I asked both Google Play and Fitbit (basically both owned by Google) to refund my payments for the past eight months.
Google Play tells me to sort it out with Fitbit and Fitbit tells me to sort it out with Google Play.
Just wanted to let all you know.
