Over the past couple of week, my screen is getting harder and hard to read, tried resetting it but it has not made any difference.

@Mummybell43154 Did you double check the brightness settings?
If you made sure the brightness setting didn’t change and if a restart didn’t fix it, you’ll need to reach out to Customer Support.

Hi Mummybell, this is my second Charge 3 and I've had the same problem with both (you think I would have learnt my lesson after the first one!). the screen is now so dull I can see it at all. it seems this is not all that uncommon!
