Dying screen and lifetime steps

My Screen on my Charge 2 is DYING. 😞 There are more than I'm guessing 7 Full rows across of dead pixels. Has anyone found success with resetting it? 

 

Is there a way to tell the number of steps or miles I've traveled with it to date? I know I can see my lifetime Fitbit miles, but I am interested in miles I've done with this Fitbit, I've had a couple of other Fitbits but never used one to death.

Sorry to hear about your Charge 2 screen not working. Not sure if you are asking how to restart it or if the restart didn't work. You can follow these instructions to restart your tracker.

 

Regarding the steps you could go to the website and select the period since you setup this tracker (if you have this information) up to this date.
