My wife and I recently purchased a charge 4 each, the other day we received notification to install the ECG Monitoring, when we pressed the button to activate it, nothing happened. Phone type Android 11.
On further investigation in Australia it is only available on Charge 5 and Sense watches. Why say it is available on our watches then find we cant activate it. This feature should be available on all watches . If anyone has an irregular heart beat it can possibly attribute to stroke and heart attacks.
I found I had an irregular heart beat a few years back when using my blood pressure monitor and now take medication to keep it regular. would love to have had this option to see how well the medication is working. Please Fitbit make it available on the Charge 4.

Hi there @Topgun1993. Welcome to Community Forums.
I appreciate the comments and insights. Certain Fitbit wrist-worn products have electrical sensors on the back of the product and on the metal frame around the face (Fitbit Charge 5, Fitbit Sense, and Fitbit Sense 2 only) or crown (Google Pixel Watch). When these sensors are in contact with your skin and the Fitbit ECG app is open, they record the electrical signals from your heartbeat. All other devices are unable to have and perform ECG scans for that reason.

Have a good one.
