Elevation display errors - bicycling

Has anyone else seen errors in the elevation display when bicycling?  Elevation gain seems to work ok, but elevation loss is being reported as elevation gain.  1230 ft - 860 feet should be 370 foot loss, but showing 38 ft elevation gain!  I am using a Charge 2, iOS 13.1.3 with iPhone 6S.

@EngrJohn Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your altitude calculation. Are you use the Connected GPS feature that uses your phone's GPS chip? If this is the case start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this try these suggestions to improve the GPS connection with your app.

Let me know how it goes.

Hello. Thank you for the response.
I checked and my phone is using the connected GPS feature. I logged out and back into the app but this did not make any difference.
I have tried to attach a screen shot. Thank you.
