The Fitbit Charge 2 is very disappointing. I would not recommend it to anyone. I have tried all the suggested remedies to have my charge 2 accurately track my elliptical activity but nothing works. I have to explore other activity tracking devices because Fitbit is obviously not a real solution, for anyone. I think Fitbit is just in the business of making money, retiring Fitbit models after one year, and hoping you are hooked enough to buy the newest version. Again, very disappointed.
